DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as your glasses have been despatched you will receive an email to confirm this. The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days from order date. Some glasses take longer due to the more complex lens combinations, e.g. stronger prescriptions. There may also be a delay if our opticians need to contact you about your order.

We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are despatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians.

Your glasses will be delivered by UPS courier service, and will arrive the next working day after being despatched (ie. the next working day after you received your despatched email confirmation).

ARE THERE DELIVERY COSTS?

No, we are happy to confirm that all deliveries to UK addresses are FREE at present.

WHAT IF MY GLASSES ARRIVE DAMAGED?

We want you to receive your glasses quickly and in perfect condition, so in the unlikely event that there is a fault please contact us on 0845 313 3283 and we will aim to resolve this. Please include as many details as possible about the order so that we can sort this out for you quickly.
